Renovation of Neighborhood Housing Services office building

The 7,900 square-foot office building was renovated to meet the needs of the growing staff of new owners Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida. Walls were reconfigured and green features were incorporated including no VOC paints, tile flooring, expanding the bathrooms and adding dual-flush toilets, a shower and a brand new kitchen, to make this 1971 structure into a updated, healthy, happy workplace.
